The company
We’ve been in business for about three years now and we’re growing team self fragrances. All the fragrances are inspired by designing perfumecial colones that are exorbitantly expensive. So they’re all basically interpretations of these fragrances at a fraction of the price. With knowledge of this, our founder, Michael Saba, set out on a mission to deliver the scents that people love to them at a price they could afford. Of course, comes a price, but this price can be at a much more affordable rate to the everyday consumer.
Working closely with expert fragrance-developers and perfumers, Michael was able to recreate the distinctive aroma of seven of the bestselling designer colognes and perfumes, without imitating them entirely.

The challenge
Previously, we were still growing on Instagram, Facebook, Google. But with a ton of new customers, we were able to convert a lot of them into being affiliates, for the brand to share with their audience. So this situation was giving us the ability to work with some micro-influencers which just continues to sort of snowball effect on our growth. We didn’t know how to run an affiliate program for our influencers in the past.
We actually were only impacted for a short period of time in the Covid-19 pandemic which is only about three weeks but then we bounced back pretty well. In this period of time, we just saw the demands come back, to be honest with just all of e-commerce. People being stuck we’re not going into small and retail outlets as much as they came and they’re looking for the same perfume online. However, our team needed to find out software which is able to help us to track the sales from refering exactly.
The solution
#1 Run marketing on multiple social media platforms
So right now, we’re running marketing and we’ve grown through Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google, pretty much all social media platforms. We have a team who’s involved in just the marketing on Facebook, Instagram, etc. Then we have our email team who focuses on harnessing, our email marketing efforts, as well as our SMS. A lot of influencers utilize the Tiktok platform and create videos and we pay commissions based on the number of orders that they make. I think it could be another encouragement for the people.
#2 Make the clear payout of commissions for the affiliates

We’ve seen really great growth in influencer marketing. Just as we’ve grown, as a brand, more and more people have been interested in taking part and sharing our concept. Because we find a lot of people who are existing customers really like our brand concept and want to share it with their friends, their followers. Therefore, that is giving us the opportunity.
We run email campaigns to attract people to join our program. We have a flow that goes into effect with customers who have purchased or placed more than two orders on our store. We found that people who have ordered more than once usually have a grill or likeliness for the brand. So that’s what we want to offer them the ability to become affiliates, let them know that we have a program for them to get commissions.
