We offer a Free plan, with paid plans ranging up to $199.99/month for enterprise users.
Additionally, a performance fee is charged based on approved referral sales, meaning you only pay for actual affiliate-driven revenue.
For custom development or specific business requirements, additional fees may apply.
When you’re selecting an UpPromote pricing plan, we recommend considering the following factors:

UpPromote charges a fixed monthly fee plus a performance fee based on referral sales. You only pay more when affiliates generate more revenue – offering low risk and high growth potential.
It’s common to start small and scale up as you grow. Our solution provides in-app recommendations, detailed documentation, and live support to guide you through affiliate marketing, whether you’re just starting out or looking to optimize an existing program.
A referral is any order generated from an affiliate or a customer referral campaign. For it to be considered successful, you must approve it. Only approved referral sales will count towards performance fee calculations.
UpPromote does offer 14-day free trials for every paid plan so you can test out the features before committing to a paid plan.
Yes, however, we will only proceed with your refund in 2 scenarios below:
- If you uninstall the app or downgrade to the free plan within the first two days of the app charge cycle, you will not be charged. Also, note that our app charge cycle is different from Shopify’s.
- If you cancel the Yearly subscription plan midway through the cycle, we may offer a partial refund based on the monthly plan’s price. The refund amount is calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Full Yearly Plan Price – (Monthly Plan Price * Number of Months Used)
For example, if you opt for our Professional yearly plan at $899.90/year and then cancel after 3 months. Your refund amount = $899.90 – ($89.99*3) = $629.93
