Glow Collection is a 21-year-old luxury candle brand based in Sydney. For over two decades, Australian fragrance lovers have known it, formerly as PartyLite Australia, as a go-to for quality scents.

In 2023, the brand began a new chapter, adding locally made fragrances alongside their established PartyLite range.

They sell primarily online through a direct-to-customer model and had already built a sizable affiliate base, but struggled to get the most out of it.

What challenge did Glow Collection face with affiliate marketing?

Glow Collection had a large affiliate base yet hit obstacles optimizing their affiliate turnover. They needed an affiliate system that fit seamlessly into Shopify.

Just as important, the dashboard had to be simple enough for partners to promote candles without any prior tech or affiliate marketing experience.

How did Glow Collection solve it with UpPromote?

Before settling, Glow Collection tested other affiliate platforms but, in their own words, “deleted them very quickly” because they were too difficult to operate.

UpPromote fit because it had the functions that worked for both the brand and their affiliates, with native Shopify and Klaviyo integrations. The brand then migrated their existing 2,800 affiliates onto the system.
